China reports third bird flu outbreak in two days in northeastern province

Shanghai. November 11. INTERFAX-CHINA - The Chinese government reported the country's seventh bird flu outbreak in a month in the northeastern Liaoning province on Thursday, just a day after reporting two other cases in the province.

In the most recently released outbreak, 300 chickens were found dead and 2.506 mln poultry were culled within 3 kilometers of the bird flu sites near Jinzhou city on Sunday.
