FHM is ahead of rival lads' mag Maxim in offering downloads for the new Sony PSP handheld platform, with plans afoot for both to launch dedicated PSP channels in 2006.
Emap-owned FHM.com will offer free content including High Street Honeys, Championship of Women and Cover Girls of FHM for download via the console from 28 November.
Gaming magazine Edge already offers downloadable content and a version of its blogging site for the PSP, but plans by FHM and Maxim to produce dedicated PSP channels signifies a move from a hardcore gamer audience towards the mainstream.
