SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Trinity Hotel Investors L.L.C. and Whitehall Street Global Real Estate Limited Partnership 2005 today announced the acquisition of the 483-key Resort Suites in Scottsdale, AZ by an affiliated entity. The Zuckerman family, which has owned and operated the resort since its inception in 1987, will continue to manage the property.
Resort Suites was acquired for an undisclosed amount. The property will undergo a substantial renovation to enhance the guest experience.
