Aurora Christian coach Don Beebe knows what St. Charles East has to contend with tonight.
"At this stage everyone you play is undefeated," Beebe noted last week in preparing for Cambridge.
While that may not apply to all levels of the state football playoffs, it does for the Saints as they make their first quarterfinal appearance since 1998 tonight at 7 p.m. in Belvidere.
After a pair of home dates in the Class 7A playoffs, the Saints (9-2) are seeking double digits in the win column against a powerful Belvidere club that is not only perfect on the season but also tradition rich.
