In March 1983, Tescotex SRL was established and presented its viscose nonwovens on the market.
The first commercial contacts led it to gain immediate success, crowned by a contract with one of the most important European manufacturers of diapers and sanitary napkins.
Immediately afterwards, secret and commercial agreements were signed with this group and all the attention and study were directed to the research and technical adjustment of perforated nonwovens or of nonwovens with very high filtering structure and very low absorbing and dirting characteristics.
