BELARUSIAN MEDIA DELIBERATELY MARRING U.S. IMAGE - AMBASSADOR
The U.S. believes Belarusian state-owned media outlets are purposefully creating a negative image of the U.S. and fostering negative attitudes towards America in the Belarusian people, U.S. Ambassador to Belarus George Krol said at a press conference in Minsk on Tuesday.
"This is a standard form of misinformation, fact-twisting and even lies intended to create a negative image of the United States in Belarusian people," the ambassador said.
