SALT LAKE CITY -- Speaking Roses International Inc. (OTCBB: SRII), today announced the signing of an overseas area development agreement with Bangkok floral business Flower Story Ltd.
"Expanding our floral embossing business overseas under our new retail development strategy is a major milestone for Speaking Roses," said John Winterholler, chief executive officer of Speaking Roses.
