CLEVELAND -- Laird Technologies Thermal Products (formerly known as Thermagon) today unveiled T-grease(TM) 880, its newest high-performance, stable and reliable silicone-based thermal grease developed to solve overheating issues in advanced computer chips, graphic processing units and ASICs.
