DHFL to retain interest rate on housing loan in next 3-6 mths
Mumbai, Nov 16 (PTI) Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd (DHFL) today said it will not raise interest rates on housing loans for the next 3-6 months.
"We are not planning to increase the rate of interest in the next 3-6 months at least," DHFL Managing Director Kapil Wadhawan said on the sidelines of the launch of the company's new product "Amar Chhaya".
The major private player in the housing loan segment said it expected to lend Rs 2,000 crore this financial year, which would be 50 per cent more than the last year.
