TRELLEBORG, Sweden-Trelleborg A.B. has acquired the operations of Dunlop GRG Holdings Ltd. in Manchester, England, and Andre Structural Bearings in Burton-on-Trent, England, in separate transactions.
The operations of Dunlop GRG, a maker of flexible containers used in defense, marine and disaster relief applications, will be integrated within Trelleborg Engineered Systems' existing organization, Trelleborg said.
Dunlop GRG posts annual sales of about $8.8 million with 50 employees, developing and making large, specially adapted flexible containers for the protection and transportation of fluids, such as fuel and water tanks, Trelleborg said. These are ...
