RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. -- EMRISE CORPORATION (PCX:ERI), a multi-national manufacturer of defense and aerospace electronic components and communications equipment, today stated that Robert B. Runyon, a board member since 1983, has decided not to stand for re-election at the Company's annual stockholder's meeting in December 2005. Mr. Runyon's decision not to stand for re-election is based upon his age and the condition of his health. Mr. Runyon is 80 years old and has experienced several major health problems over the past few years.
