LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill., Nov. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Takeda Pharmaceuticals North America, Inc. (TPNA) announced today that Jeanine Jiganti joined the company as chief compliance officer. Her responsibilities include advising senior management of compliance and regulatory issues and promoting compliance with applicable laws and company policies through detection and prevention. In this role, Jiganti joins the executive team and will work closely with Takeda's research company -- Takeda Global Research and Development Center, Inc.
