To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the original Green Bean Casserole recipe, which has been passed down from generation to generation, a national contest is under way.
Families are encouraged to cook together in order to enter the "Green Bean Casserole Generation Gap" contest, which is sponsored by French's Foods.
The deadline for entries is Feb. 28.
To enter, share a family recipe tradition that includes different generations of your family cooking together, using French's French Fried Onions with or without green beans. Contest entries should include a generational (mother/daughter, ...
