Africa Israel Investments Ltd made a profit of NIS 9.4 million in the first quarter of 1993, up 39 percent from the same period last year. Profits from the company's construction business totaled NIS 6.3 million, an increase of 21 percent over the first quarter of 1992. Shareholders equity totaled NIS 5 1 0 million at the end of the first quarter.
