The Swedish defence and aerospace company Saab said on Wednesday (23 November) that it had signed a letter of intent to sell its 27.5% stake in the Norwegian ammunition company Nammo AS to Finnish defence industry group Patria Oyj for SEK400m.

Patria currently holds 27.5% of the shares, while Nammo's main shareholder, the Norwegian state, holds 45%.
