DHFL to further home finance to economically weaker sections

Chennai, Nov 23 (PTI) Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd (DHFL) is planning to improve housing loan disbursement to economically weaker sections (EWS) of the society.

The company is planning to disburse Rs 20 crore for the EWS in this fiscal, DHFL Managing Director Kapil Wadhawan told reporters here.

"We are focusing on home finance to the economically weaker sections of the society, including daily wage earners with a daily income potential as low as Rs 50 per day," he said.
