With an end goal of offering its deliciously creamy, homemade-tasting pudding in every packaging format possible for foodservice and retail consumption, Gehl's Guernsey Farms, Germantown, WI, has added a 3.5-oz cup format to its pudding packaging options, which for several decades have included # 10 cans and resealable pouches. Says CEO John P. Gehl, "As long as we're in the pudding business, and we have the best-quality products in the marketplace, we want to offer it in all of the different package formats available."
