Nov. 27--If oil and housing and commercial development weren't enough, Calvin Enterprises is now in the coffee franchising business.
Greeley businessman David Calvin, who is building the sprawling St. Michael's residential and commercial development off 65th Avenue and U.S. 34, has signed a deal with Utah-based Bad Ass Coffee Co. to develop as many as 135 coffee shops in Colorado, Arizona and Nevada, through either corporate shops or franchising.
The first store is expected to open in the St. Michael's town square by February, alongside several new businesses with concepts unique to the area. The Calvins plan to open a second ...
