With thousands of Louisiana restaurants destroyed or damaged by Hurricane Katrina, the ensuing flood or looters, CEO Jim Funk and the Louisiana Restaurant Association put together the Louisiana Restaurant Association Restaurant Employee Relief Fund to help displaced foodservice workers return to New Orleans.
