The Commerce Commission, a New Zealand consumer watchdog, is to charge Air New Zealand and Australia's Qantas with hundreds of cases of misleading advertising.
The Commission, which oversees consumer protection laws, said that it was to charge Air New Zealand with 300 alleged breaches of the law and Qantas with 399, Reuters reported. The cases go back to 2001 and the charges have been revealed ...
