PLANO, Texas, Nov. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Greg Wilkinson, chief executive officer of Hill & Wilkinson, Ltd., has been appointed by Texas Governor Rick Perry to serve on the Board of Regents of the Texas State University System for a term expiring February 1, 2011. Mr. Wilkinson replaces Mr. James Haley of Texas City whose term has expired.
