Nov. 30--Dallas investor Tom Hicks will be roasted to perfection Friday evening at a benefit for St. Philip's School and Community Center.
Mr. Hicks owns the Texas Rangers and Dallas Stars.
Turning up the heat will be Elaine Agather, John Muse, William Montgomery, Mack Brown and Tommy Hicks Jr.
Mr. and Mrs. Albert Black are honorary chairs for this 18th annual Celebrity Tribute at the Wyndham Anatole hotel.
Tom Dunning will serve as master of ceremonies.
A VIP reception and auction will begin at 6 p.m., and the dinner and roast start at 7. Country-Western singer Byron Haynie will entertain.
