Collins & Aikman gets contracts
Collins & Aikman Corp., which is in Chapter 11 bankruptcy, received contracts from two foreign-owned automakers to supply accessory mats.
Troy-based Collins & Aikman said the win is an important vote of confidence from customers.
The mats will go into a luxury sedan and a luxury sports sedan. Production begins in early 2006.
