WASHINGTON -- The Besen Group, an international management consulting practice to the mobile data industry headquartered in the Washington DC area, with representatives in Paris and Tokyo, announced today its first annual list of the Top 11 Mobile Data MVNEs and the First MVNO Total Solutions Provider in the US for 2005.
