Dec. 1--Parisians will be able to ride their Surf City beach cruisers down the Champs-Elysees this spring, when a Lake Forest company exports a bit of Southern California to the rest of the world.
Felt Bicycles' Surf City USA bike -- a two-wheeled take on the classic woodie -- will make its debut in bike stores locally and around the world in March.
The company expects the bike to be a big hit in Surf City as well as overseas, where the Southern California beach culture captivates the imagination.
