RADNOR, Pa. -- Airgas, Inc. (NYSE:ARG) today announced the appointment of Max Hooper as division president for the West Division, which includes seven regional companies in the western U.S. and Hawaii. Hooper had been president of one of those companies, Airgas West, and succeeds Al Crichton, who will retire in June 2006.
