ARLINGTON, Va. -- Interstate Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: IHR), the nation's largest independent hotel management company, today announced the promotion of Keith Clampet to executive vice president, hotel operations. In his new position, he will be responsible for overseeing management of a portfolio of more than 70 full-service properties and will report to Paul Burke, president of hotel operations. Previously, Clampet served as vice president of operations, responsible for overseeing management of 22 full-service hotels.
