James G. May, CPA, is devoted to making sure the needs of members in business and industry are met.

This commitment earned him the 2005 Ohio Society Outstanding Member in Industry Award.
"The profession of accountancy is an honored one," said May, director of finance at DLZ Corporation in Columbus. May has been involved in coordinating a wide range of Society programs and events for members in the Columbus area. May is currently co-chair of the CPAs in Business Committee, a networking group responsible for monthly roundtables in Columbus.
