ARLINGTON, Va. & MELBOURNE, Fla. -- EADS North America has named Joseph Smyth (Colonel, U.S. Air Force Ret.) as Vice President of Tanker Operations. This appointment further strengthens the company's management lineup as a teammate of, and principal subcontractor to, Northrop Grumman for the KC-30 advanced tanker bid for the U.S. Air Force's next-generation aerial refueling aircraft.
