DETROIT - New Venture Holdings LLC has changed its name to Cadence Innovation.
The Sterling Heights, Mich., supplier makes interior and exterior components, systems and modules.
Axle supplier goes bankrupt
LOS ANGELES - American Remanufacturers Inc. converted its Chapter 11 reorganization filing to a Chapter 7 liquidation filing, effective Nov. 18.
The supplier said it took the action because its senior lenders withdrew an offer to provide debtor-in-possession financing. The filing does not include the supplier's Canadian subsidiary.
