Stocks struggled into positive territory for the week ended Nov. 16 as oil prices began climbing again. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 1.2 percent to 10,674.80; the Nasdaq Composite Index was up 0.6 percent to 2,187.93; and the S&P 500 was up 0.9 percent to 1,231.21. The LABJ 200 index of local stocks was 1 percent higher at 123.49. Declines led advances 103 to 84 as 17 companies hit new highs and 13 fell to new lows.
