Stocks struggled into positive territory for the week ended Nov. 16 as oil prices began climbing again. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 1.2 percent to 10,674.80; the Nasdaq Composite Index was up 0.6 percent to 2,187.93; and the S&P 500 was up 0.9 percent to 1,231.21. The LABJ 200 index of local stocks was 1 percent higher at 123.49. Declines led advances 103 to 84 as 17 companies hit new highs and 13 fell to new lows. Among the top performing industries were the automotive, Interact, real estate and aerospace sectors. Shares of real estate investment firm Kennedy-Wilson Inc. were up 11.7 percent, to $14.85, ...
