NEW YORK -- Executives from companies with business interests in Latin America will learn to successfully navigate complex human resource (HR) issues in an increasingly global marketplace at Mercer Human Resource Consulting's 9th Latin America and Caribbean HR Forum, January 17-19, 2006, at the Sheraton Bal Harbour Beach Resort in Bal Harbour, Fla., just north of Miami Beach.
