How far would you go to help a stranger in need before your own comfort level became the main concern?
How much of that help would you volunteer if the one in need couldn't even ask for it?
Many people might not answer the same way Patsy and Charlie Thalheimer have.
The Barrington couple has played a pivotal role at least twice in saving the life of 4 1/2-year-old Marco Felix.
They've opened their arms and hearts to the boy ever since meeting him when he was just months old, born to an impoverished family in Mexico with little hope of living a healthy life, if surviving at all.
