Plumbing and irrigation distributors Hydroflow employs 35 staff across two locations and has used Greentree accounting software since 2002. Since then, there have been three upgrades, arriving approximately every nine months. Financial controller Les Young says when the upgrades arrive, so does the Greentree consultant.
"The consultant comes in and takes away a copy of our database. They install the upgrade on the copy to ensure it works, and then bring it back and we load it into the system as a test database before completing the upgrade," says Young.
