For the third straight year, Autzen Stadium is the exclusive home of the OSAA football championships. It might also be the last.
The creation of two new classifications in the OSAA's redistricting plan adopted for the 2006-07 school year has also increased the number of championships in football from four to six.
Under the current system, the Class 1A and 2A title games are played on Friday, with the Class 3A and 4A games played Saturday. How two more games will fit into that schedule remains to be seen.
