In a leasing transaction negotiated by Atco Property Services Corporation, Inroads/N. Y. City, a national non-profit organization dedicated to career development in business and industry for talented minorities, has leased 10,000 square-feet of office space at 120 Wall Street, the Association Center.
Aggregate rental in this expansion/relocation is in excess of $2 million. Inroads/New York City, which was formerly located at 40 Rector Street, now occupies the entire 10th floor at 120 Wall Street. The organization signed for a 15-year term.
