HLL sets high turnover target
Thiruvananthapuram, Dec 15 (PTI) After registering a record turnover of Rs 195 crore in 2004-05, public sector contraceptive major Hindustan Latex Ltd has set an ambitious target of Rs 1,000 crore, to be achieved in four years.
The company planned to make rapid stride by aggressive marketing, diversification and capacity augmentation, HLL Managing Director M Ayyappan told reporters here.
In 2004-05, HLL registered a profit of Rs 20.11 crore and recorded the highest ever turnover of Rs 195 crore. The foreign exchange earnings touched Rs 13.54 crore and the company paid 23 per cent dividend to the Government of ...
