WESTPORT, Conn. -- Terex Corporation (NYSE:TEX) announced today that it has received an extension for continued listing and trading on the New York Stock Exchange for three months, through March 31, 2006, to complete and file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2004 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The extension is subject to review by the NYSE on an ongoing basis.
