Dec. 16--The parking garage under Santa Fe's new civic center will have about 88 fewer spaces so that fewer human remains will be excavated.

Santa Fe Mayor Larry Delgado and Tesuque Pueblo Gov. Mark Mitchell on Thursday announced their compromise to a special meeting of the state Cultural Properties Review Committee.
