Demanding patients ... demanding administrators ... endless meetings ... budgetary constraints ... What an array of challenges in a typical work week! And most of us can add to the list without even trying. No wonder we get the blues once in a while. That's okay. The risk, though, is that we fall into the habit of negative thinking.
