Learning how to do the right thing right the first time.
Tough economic times often force tough decisions. Our association could have continued to live within austerity budgets while we watched a deepening recession swallow existing and potential members. We could have cut our already lean staff. We could have taken all of the traditional roads to weather the recession of 1991-1992.
