Dec. 21--Two teenage brothers were injured, one critically, after they were struck by a sport-utility vehicle Tuesday morning outside Lane Technical High School on Chicago's North Side, officials said.
The unidentified 15- and 17-year-old youths, both Lane Tech students, had just left school and were in the crosswalk of Addison Street at Artesian Avenue when the accident occurred, according to Chicago Public Schools spokesman Mike Vaughn.
"They were on their way to lunch," he said.
