On the same day two passengers aboard the Southwest Airlines that skidded off a runway at Midway filed a lawsuit, the parents of the crash's only fatality stepped forward for an exclusive interview with NBC-5's Amy Jacobson.
Joshua Woods was killed two weeks ago when a Southwest Airlines plane crashed into his family's car as they traveled on Central Avenue.
Joshua's father, Leroy Woods, remembers seeing the pilots in the plane above them after the crash.
"I remember looking up at him saying, 'Your plane is on top of my kids!' I remember saying that to him. Both of them," Woods said. "I looked at their heads on both sides ...
