CASE ON POINT: Hassan v. Begley, No. 91A02-0501-CV-55 -IN (2005)
ISSUE: Generally courts are reluctant to grant defendants' motions for summary judgment. However, they may do so when there is no evidence of the elements necessary to prove a case of medical malpractice from which a jury can properly conclude that a defendant might be liable.
