HC issues notice to Kapur family
New Delhi, Dec 22 (PTI) The Delhi High Court has issued notices to nine members of the Kapur family, who jointly own Atlas Cycles (Haryana) Ltd and its other entitites, following a suit that sought permanent injunction to restrain the sale or disposal of the group's assets.
The suit filed by three other family members and purported shareholders - Akshay Kapur, Ashwat Kapur and Arun Kapur - alleged that they have been completely kept out of the assets' valuation process by the official valuers M/s Ernst & Young Private Ltd, Kolkota at the behest of the rival family members.
