Dec. 23--DECATUR -- Tori Higgins wants to let American troops overseas know that people back home are thinking of them over the holidays, and she and her brother, an Air Force reservist, have developed an ingenious way to get that message across. The Decatur woman is asking people to add a little patriotism to their holiday cheer and take the time to deck their Christmas trees with a splash of red, white and blue.
