Dec. 24--Tonight, Larry and Kimarie Funschelle will attend a Christmas Eve service at a Wichita church with their two children and other family members.
On Christmas morning, their two children -- Jacob, 9, and Aliyah, 7 -- will rush to the Christmas tree to open gifts.
Then at sunset Sunday, the Funschelles will gather to pray and light the first candles of three menorahs -- one for Larry and Kimarie and one each for the children. The children will open a few more gifts for the first night of Hanukkah.
