Dec. 26--Hanukkah in Brownsville isn't like the holiday that Eva and Sammy Silberman remember growing up. The Silbermans moved here from Argentina, Eva's native home, more than 30 years ago. "I learned that in this country that we have to decorate the house for Hanukkah," Eva Silberman, 71, said. "You have to."
