Dear Carol: I have a Christmas cactus and a Thanksgiving cactus. I put the Thanksgiving cactus outdoors in the summertime in the shade; the other is too big to move. Both flower profusely each year at this time. I notice the end leaves on some of the stems dry out and curl up on both plants. I just give them a little water each morning in the wintertime. Do you think they are getting too much water or maybe not enough? D.B., Syracuse
