PUEBLO -- John Pagano often said the key to success in his restaurant business was to treat customers like family.
It's what he told his family to do when they came aboard.
It must have been good advice. What started as one Pass Key restaurant has grown to four - three in Pueblo and one in Pueblo West.
"My dad taught us to treat people well. He told us to make everybody feel welcome," said his daughter Kathy, of Pueblo West. "If you've been in the restaurant more than once, you're considered family."
Getting treated nicely alone wouldn't have made Pass Key a hit with Pueblo's taste ...
